Located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in the heart of Limassol, the Spiral Studio offers a wide range of body balance classes in a stylish and modern setting. Surrounded by blossoming citrus trees, the studio aims at offering a place where people will be able to escape from their busy and stressful life, and discover their body-mind balance.

Equipment and Facilities

The studio is composed of three spacious and softly lit main rooms, each of them designed for a specific class. It also disposes of a convenient changing room, toilets and showers, available for all members of Spiral Studio.

For the GYROTONIC® classes, the studio is equipped with 3 GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower Combination Units, 2 Leg Extension Units, 1 GYROTONER® and 1 Jumping Stretching Board.

Limassol Pilates classes

For the Pilates classes in Limassol, the studio is fully equipped with Pilates apparatus and other equipment, such as reformers, cadillacs, CoreAlign®, ladder barrels, combo chairs and other body balance equipment.
